Safaricom CEO Ndegwa Safaricom company has started a program named, Lipa Mdogo Mdogo to give every  Kenyans access to   4G smartphone devices regardless of their financial status for as little Sh20 per day. The new program is aimed at empowering extra one million customers to acquire 4G enabled devices in this financial year, Safaricom  CEO Peter Ndegwa said. Ndegwa said the program, in partnership with Google, is based on insights and learning from the Maisha Ni Digital campaign that saw over a million customers acquiring 4G enabled smartphone devices.
