Residents of Lurambi area in Kakamega County woke up in bizarre news and shock after they found a woman's pants laid by the road. Linet Were, 38, is suspected to be the perpetrator of the bizarre incident which happened in Lurambi area in the out skirts of Kakamega town, a place renowned for all kinds of drama. The woman who is also a renown primary school teacher, allegedly stripped off his underpants in broad daylight and laid them on the ground the previous day before leaving to his matrimonial home The incident has left the resident in a puzzle while the motive behind her action remains unknown and a mystery to them, others claimed that she had been bewitched and related the action to traditional witchcraft.
