You will be directed to the Kenya Education Management Information System (KEMIS) website. You can access the website directly using the link KEMIS

2. **Provide Necessary Information:**
   - Input the required information accurately. This typically includes the candidate's Index Number and the school code.

3. **Check Placement Results:**
   - Once you've entered the necessary details, the system will generate the Form 1 placement results for the candidate. This information will include the secondary school to which the student has been allocated.

4. **Print the Placement Letter:**
   - After confirming the placement results, it's advisable to print the placement letter. This letter is an essential document and may be required during the registration process at the assigned secondary school.

Machogu said the school choices the learners selected were used among other criteria in the placement process. 

"Some students were placed in schools of equivalent standing outside their counties. This includes those from counties with inadequate capacity," the CS said.
