The novel Coronavirus pandemic effects seems to have been felt on every continent if not every country.In Africa continent the worst stricken country is still South Africa which forced President Ramaphosa to implement  total lockdown earlier in the country.In East Africa ,both Rwanda and Uganda had issued a lockdown directive but the two presidents loosened the belt and easened the order to their people.Tanzania has been lately critisized of how they are combating and dealing with the whole matter of Coronavirus.However,things seems to have worsened and lost control in Somalia, a country which is known to be poor, sorrounded by terror and has below expectations health sector with less than 5 icu beds in the country.The country also doesnt have the ability to conduct the covid-19 tests, samples are sent outside the country and await results

Somalia,which is at other times referred to as the Horn of Africa today broken the record after reporting the highest number of cases in a single day.The numbers of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Djibouti and Somalia continued to rise unabated as their respective Minister of Health reported 81 new infections in the last 24 hours. This brought the total number of confirmed coronavirus infections in the country to 1,170, with the total recoveries standing at 126 whereas the number of total deaths  at 52

Considering the state of the country, its with no other convicing confirmed that despite the state of other countries, immediate and urgent help should be offered to avoid experiencing mass deaths.
